Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the individual operator of TFTSense ("TFTSense", "we", "us", or "our"). They cover your use of the TFTSense desktop application, the tftsense.gg website, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

TFTSense is built and run by an individual, not a registered company. It is an independent, third-party coaching tool for the game Teamfight Tactics. TFTSense is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, and all Teamfight Tactics and League of Legends content, names, and assets are the property of Riot Games.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the Service or to buy a plan. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. What TFTSense does

TFTSense reads what is already on your own screen while you play and shows coaching advice on top of your game: composition suggestions, shop calls, economy and tempo guidance, board formation, item builds, and augment take or avoid notes. It reads only your own screen. It does not read game memory, inject into, hook, or modify the game process, and it does not simulate input or play the game for you.

The advice TFTSense gives is informational and is generated from computer vision, which is not perfect. We do not guarantee that the advice is correct, that a game will be read accurately, or that using TFTSense will improve your rank or results. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your own games.

4. Accounts and licenses

Some features require an account or a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license keys secure and for all activity under your account. A license is for your personal use. You may not sell, share, sublicense, or transfer your license key or account, and you may not use them on more devices than your plan allows. We may limit the number of devices tied to a license.

5. Plans, billing, and renewals

TFTSense offers a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime plan. Prices are shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account page; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Please read our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. We may change prices for future billing periods; any change applies to renewals after we give notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where that restriction is not allowed by law;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or your license;
• share, publish, or circumvent license keys, account access, or device limits;
• use the Service to break the terms of service of Riot Games or any other platform;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or
• use the Service for anything unlawful.

7. Riot Games and third parties

TFTSense uses the Riot Games API to show you your own post-game statistics when you choose to connect your account. Your use of anything from Riot Games is also subject to Riot's own terms. TFTSense is a third-party tool and is designed to comply with Riot's rules by reading only your own screen and public API data, but you are responsible for your own use of the game.

8. Intellectual property

We own the TFTSense software, website, and content, apart from game assets owned by Riot Games. Your plan gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the desktop application as described in our End User License Agreement, which is part of these Terms. You get no other rights.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TFTSense and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, rank, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, misuse the Service, or if your plan lapses. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute will be handled in the courts located there, unless the law gives you a right that cannot be waived.
