End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the TFTSense desktop application (the "Software"). It is part of our Terms of Service. By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. The Software is licensed to you, not sold.

1. License grant

Subject to this EULA and an active plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your own personal gameplay on the number of devices your plan allows.

2. What the Software does and does not do

The Software reads only what is already on your own screen and displays coaching advice on top of your game. It does not read game memory, inject into, hook, or modify the game process, and it does not simulate input or play the game for you. It is designed to respect the rules of the games you play, but you remain responsible for your own use and for complying with the terms of Riot Games and any other platform.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, distribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software;
• share, publish, or resell your license key or account;
• use the Software on more devices than your plan allows;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where the law does not allow that restriction;
• remove or alter any notices in the Software; or
• circumvent license checks, device limits, or other protections.

4. Updates

The Software can update itself so you get fixes and improvements. By using it, you agree that it may download and install updates automatically. Updated versions are covered by this EULA unless a new agreement comes with them.

5. Ownership

We own all rights in the Software and keep every right not expressly granted to you. Game content, names, and assets shown by the Software belong to Riot Games. This license gives you no ownership of the Software or of any game content.

6. Term and termination

This license lasts while your plan is active and you follow this EULA. It ends automatically if you break its terms or your plan lapses. When the license ends, you must stop using the Software. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and the coaching it gives may be wrong. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Software. The disclaimers and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service apply to this EULA.

8. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law rules.
