Refund Policy

All sales are final

TFTSense is a digital product that gives you access to software and coaching features as soon as you buy. Because of that, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise. This applies to both the monthly subscription and the one-time lifetime plan.

Try before you buy

You can learn exactly what TFTSense does before you pay. The features and docs pages describe everything in detail, and you can ask questions on our FAQ and Discord. Please make sure TFTSense is right for you before you purchase.

Monthly subscription

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account page. When you cancel:

• your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for;
• you are not billed again after that; and
• we do not give partial or prorated refunds for the remainder of a paid period.

Lifetime plan

The lifetime plan is a single, one-time purchase. It is non-refundable once bought.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged twice for the same thing, or believe a charge was a genuine mistake, contact us through the support page and we will look into it and correct real billing errors.

Before you file a chargeback

If something went wrong with your purchase, please reach out to us first. We can almost always sort out billing problems faster than a chargeback, and it keeps your account in good standing.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law where you live. Some places give buyers of digital products statutory rights that cannot be waived; where that is the case, those rights still apply.
